Visiting the website

This website displays pictures and text without advertising pixels, embedded social feeds or externally loaded fonts. The web server processes technical information, including IP address and browser details, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. Our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website is the basis for this processing.

Contacting us

When you call or email, we process the information you choose to share to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare an agreement. Please do not send sensitive personal data or private pictures of other people without an appropriate basis. Information for a specific quote or booking is processed to take steps before an agreement or to fulfil it.

Contact forms and Google

When you submit a form, Hedonist Photo (contact@hedonist.photo) receives your message with a copy to Molly (mm@hedonistphoto.com). Your name, email and optional details are used to answer your enquiry and, if relevant, prepare an agreement. The form does not store message content in the website database. Short-lived pseudonymous security keys prevent spam and repeated submissions and are deleted automatically. Google reviews open directly on Google when you click; no Google widget is loaded in advance. You also receive an automatic confirmation in the selected website language. Molly receives a blind copy of the confirmation.

Gift voucher enquiries

We process your contact details and the gift preferences you choose to share to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare an agreement. It is sent to mm@hedonistphoto.com with a copy to box@bernd.best for follow-up. The form content is not saved as a separate record in the website database. Please do not share intimate details or recipient information beyond the name needed for the card. You also receive an automatic confirmation in your chosen conversation language, with a blind copy to Molly.
