A gift that says “I see you”.

Photography can be a way to say “I love you” without following a ready-made romantic script. For an anniversary, Valentine’s Day or an ordinary day, a portrait can make space for closeness and individuality. What matters is that the gift also feels right to the person receiving it.

Is the gift time together, or time for the other person?

A couple’s portrait can be a shared project. A solo portrait can give your partner space for an expression of their own. Consider which option they would actually choose. Being photographed together is not automatically the most personal present.

You can leave the format open in the voucher and let the recipient discuss it with Molly. A message such as “Some time to see yourself your way” communicates care without prescribing clothing, poses or participants.

An anniversary does not need to look like an advertisement.

Affection can appear through a small gesture, a look or the way two people share space. It does not require matching outfits, elaborate props or a particular kind of intimacy. Think about images you would both want to return to long after the occasion.

If your preferences differ, describe them as two starting points rather than deciding whose idea wins. Molly can help shape the direction during personal planning. One partner’s enthusiasm for a bold image is not agreement on the other person’s behalf.

Choose a setting that lets attention stay with you.

A studio by arrangement, home or a particular location can offer different possibilities. Around Copenhagen, discuss access, quiet, other people nearby and the actual distance between locations. Several stops can take time away from making the photographs.

Outdoor light and surroundings can be appealing, but weather and privacy cannot be booked through a form. For more personal images, discuss a setting in which the recipient can feel comfortable. The location and any extra costs need to be confirmed separately.

Give a thoughtful invitation rather than a surprise commitment.

The five cards range from festive to neutral and discreetly personal. Choose a design and add a message with a meaning you share. Request 2, 3 or 4 hours, another duration or guidance, then discuss the practical details with Molly. Vouchers are valid for three years from issue.

If you want to give a finished photograph for the home, clarify prints as part of the gift. Image numbers, size, editing and framing do not follow automatically from requesting a session. A digital voucher is also different from an agreement about the delivery of digital photographs.

Useful details for your first conversation

  • Would the recipient prefer a solo session or photographs together?
  • Which choices can be a surprise, and which should be discussed?
  • What mood would feel right to both of you?
  • Do you want prints for home or a choice of images later?
  • How can the message invite an experience without setting expectations?

Questions and answers

Can I give a portrait voucher without choosing a couple session?

Yes. You can request a solo portrait or leave the participant format open for the conversation with Molly.

Can the card mark Valentine’s Day or an anniversary?

Yes. Occasion and design can be combined freely. Tell Molly when you would like to present it and obtain personal confirmation of delivery.

Is boudoir the same as a romantic couple portrait?

No. They are different directions. Boudoir should reflect the recipient’s own wishes; clothing, expression and boundaries are discussed personally.

How do my preferences become an agreement?

Send your wishes through the configurator. Molly contacts you to discuss contents, price and delivery. The form itself does not issue a voucher or reserve a session.
